Fees are governed by a separate subscription agreement or order form.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASEJOLT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CaseJolt and its affiliated entities from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or operational reasons.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law, with exclusive venue in California courts.
