All software, content, trademarks, and technology remain the exclusive property of CaseJolt. No ownership rights are transferred.

Fees are governed by a separate subscription agreement or order form.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASEJOLT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CaseJolt and its affiliated entities from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or operational reasons.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law, with exclusive venue in California courts.
12. SMS Policy
If you provide your mobile phone number, we may use it to respond to your inquiries, provide requested customer support, schedule demonstrations, or communicate about your account. We do not use SMS for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
